has cultural value to promote our food and culture.
The word Piliili means Fry Bread in the Tubatulabal language and not only would you have the traditional Indian Taco but you would also have a
choice of different meats and toppings to go with it. We want to give people a taste of something different and delicious.
Healthier choices
American Indians and Alaskan Natives have a greater risk at getting diabetes than most ethnic groups in the Unites States. We would like to help fight against diabetes by serving a healthier selection of foods such as fruit cups, salads, soups and etc.
Catering
We offer several styles of catering to accommodate
plates and budgets across the board. Our specialty lies in small plate dishes, which offers a variety of high quality, fresh, Native American, Italian, Mexican and new American flavors at a competitive rate. Our catering services include, but are not limited to: tray passed hors d’ oeuvres, small plate dishes, formal plated service, buffet style, desserts; for the more unconventional.

If you can't seem to find your theme cake or specialty cake anywhere, we love to take on the challenge of creating a custom wedding cake or speciality cake to fit your style and taste.

Delicious cakes are now available in an even smaller size – cupcakes! Get the quality and beautiful designs in a delicious miniature form! From our wedding cupcake towers, to all occasion cupcakes for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, or any other special occasion, We have a cupcake to fit your needs.
Giving Back to the Community
The Piliili Wagon you will also be supporting people
in need. Many Natives live without running water, electricity and a lot of other things that we use on a day to day basis.We want to make sure that the kids have their school supplies and clothing, and also that our elders are fed and taken care of
Our children are the future and we would like to keep the Native ways amd culture in their lives forever. We would like to support Native programs for the children and our elders. When you go to any kind of gathering you will always here the elders tell stories about how they lived or their heritage and that is where our children are learning from. We need our elders to teach the children so that the culture will live on.
